MFI DOUBLE SPEED PLANETARY MIXER (SPECIAL TYPE) M/c with all contract parts of SS-304, ISI MARK TEFC DOUBLE SPEED STANDARD MOTOR, starter suitable reduction gear box, panel box and POL changing switch,etc. with a fully jacketed bowl of SS-304 housing thermostatically controlled suitable capacity heaters for cooling/heating of materials, with hand operated mechanical up and down lifting device ( Available in 25/50/100 kg batch capacity).

MFI DOUBLE SPEED PLANETARY MIXER (SPECIAL TYPE/HEAVY DUTY) M/c with all contact parts SS-304 complete in all respects, with fully jacketed bowl of SS-304 with thermostatical heat control, having two ISI MARK STANDARD MOTORS, one dual speed TEFC motor for driving the agitator assembly and the other single speed motor for height adjustment of the drive assembly. Available in 150/200/350/500 kg batch capacity models.

MFI AUTOMATIC JAM/JAR FILLING M/c with all contract parts of SS-304, single head filling system wtih filling range of 100-1000 gms/single stroke, 50 kg. capacity feeder fully jacketed, provided with thermostatically controlled heaters, unit complete with ISI MARK 3 HP/3 PHASE STANDARD MOTOR, starter, suitable production gear box, 7ft. length SS-chain conveyor, complete with jar/can guides, no-bottle-no-fill device, etc.

MFI THREE SPEED PLANETARY MIXER
M/c with all contract parts of ss-304, ISI MARK STANDARD MOTOR, starter and suitable 3-speed old car gear box, with SS-bowl, specially dcesigned slow speed beater rotating planetarily, hand operated mechanical up & down lifting device, etc. Available in 50/100/150/200/250 kg batch capacity models.

MFI AUTOMATIC TUBE FILLING, CLOSING, CRIMPLING, BATCH NUMBERING
M/c with all contact parts SS-304 suitable for filling 10mm to 38mm dia and 40mm to 200mm length tubes, with one 50 kg. capacity SS-304 hopper, rotarty movement filling station,20-cup set, arrangement for tube size height fixation, screw type quantity adjustment device, complete with ISI MARK 2HP/3 PHASE STANDARD MOTOR, reduction gear box, having on line arrangement for tube closing, crimping and batch numbering of tubes.

MFI MINI COLLOID MILL/OINTMENT MILL/ HOMOGENISER specially designed to grind the mixture of ointments, pastes, suspensions of emulsiion head, hardened rotor and stator, etc. with ISI MARK 1 HP/SINGLE PHASE STANDARD MOTOR and starter, suitable for 15-25 kg/hr. batch capacity.
