Tripal Roll Mill (Helical)

Design: There Nos.Chilled Rolls are mounted on a rigid M.S. box body, all the Rolls are mounted on swinging hangers / eccentric housing with bearing which can with stand robust duty required for Detergents milling .Mill is inclined for convenience of feed and coupled to Gear Box by a rigid Coupling, Gear Box is further coupled to Motor through V Belt drive this results is smooth noise free operation.

BASE FRAME: Roll Mill is mounted on abed frame and base is made of heavy structural steel to avoid vibration.
